At Plate Empire, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or contains a mistake on the plate, we’ll be happy to arrange a refund or replacement – please contact us as soon as possible. However, please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for correctly delivered plates in normal condition. This is because number plates are custom made to order, and therefore cannot be re-sold or re-used.
As number plates are considered a bespoke/personalised item, they are exempt from standard cancellation rights under consumer law. For this reason, we are unable to offer a full refund once production has begun. That said, we can refund the cost of postage, accessories, and fitting kits, provided they are unused and unopened.
