As a Registered Number Plate Supplier, we strictly follow UK legal guidelines. We reserve the right to decline orders that don’t comply with legal plate formatting. We may adjust plate spacing or formatting without prior notice to ensure legality.
As number plates are considered a bespoke/personalised item, they are exempt from standard cancellation rights under consumer law. For this reason, we are unable to offer a full refund once production has begun. That said, we can refund the cost of postage, accessories, and fitting kits, provided they are unused and unopened. Proof of ID may be requested if plates are ordered alongside registrations.
For our Transfer Service, you must provide a clear photo of the front page of your V5C logbook.
Gift certificates ordered before 3pm are usually dispatched the same day via next-day delivery. While we strive for this timeline, it is not guaranteed.
